From Yuma, AZ
We are still enjoying our stay in Yuma, Az. The weather has been just about perfect. Highs in the low 70's with lows around 50 or so.
On Valentines Day we had a great get-together at some friends for a really nice Valentine dinner.
A great layout of some really good food.
The ladies: Standing (l-r) Molly, Donna, Arlene, Seated (l-r) Lynette and Karen
The guys: Standing: Me and Donnie. Seated: Bob, Greg (Mac) and Kevin
We have attended several Happy Hour get-togethers this week, hosted by various friends or friends of friends. One was hosted by Bob & Phyllis, from Washington.
A part of the 25 or so folks at the Happy Hour.
One afternoon Bob & Molly and Harold & Tommie Sue hosted a great Happy Hour. We actually met a little earlier than normal since several folks (Molly?) wanted to be done in time to watch Survivor.
Bob cooked some fantastic wings. (note only a few left on the huge tray that had been piled real high.
Lots of great food including a fantastic soup from Tommie Sue.
One of the benefits of being in Yuma, besides the weather, is the beautiful sunsets that seem to just appear almost every day. A couple of examples follow:
Just a couple of more reasons there are so many RVer's that spend their winters here in Yuma.
