From Beacon Hill RV Park, Intercourse, Pa
Not much to talk about as far as our day went. We were just out and about checking out the scenes. Will post a few pictures from our day. Hope you enjoy. Some are a little hazy because of being taken through the windshield of the truck.
A couple of views of the countryside.
A tobacco drying barn.
Mowing the yard with a pony pulling the driver pulling a gasoline powered lawn mower.
This guy is mowing his yard with a gang of 'reel' mowers pulled by the horse. We also saw several young ladies mowing with the 'old timey push mower'.
Donna and I referred to this scene as an 'Amish Tour Bus'. We saw this repeated many times today. Saturdays bring tourist to town for the day from several metropolitan areas.
Coming to town on Saturday.
Going camping with the kayak.
Rounding up the chickens.
A real cutie.
This young lady was doing a fantastic business selling homemade Root Beer and Lemonade.
At the baseball game.
